Retention period: We will keep your personal data for five years from the date of our last interaction with you, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Meeting recordings are deleted within 3 days. Meeting summaries are retained for no longer than 6 months unless required for legal or contractual purposes. Once the applicable retention period has expired, we will securely delete your data.

5. Marketing

IPCS and the HDL Group would like to send you information about products and services that we think you might like. We will only do so where you have given your consent.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may opt out at any time by emailing [email protected] or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You have the right at any time to stop IPCS from contacting you for marketing purposes.
